Phase 3: Submitting Your Application

1. Select Application Type:
   • Choose Short-Term Residence Permit (e.g., Property Ownership, High Income, or Rental).
   • Select duration (First-time applicants typically receive 6 to 12 months).
2. Input Financial Data:
   • Enter monthly income or local/foreign bank account holdings.
3. Upload Documents:

Phase 4: Police Appointment & Medical Screening

1. Visit the Immigration Police:
   • Attend your appointment on time with all physical originals and copies of uploaded documents.
2. Medical Test Payment:
   • Once police verify your application, log back into the portal.
   • A prompt will appear to pay for state health insurance and medical laboratory tests via credit card.
3. Complete Medical Screening:
   • Visit an authorized state hospital or designated clinic for blood tests (checking for infectious diseases) and a chest X-ray.
   • Laboratory results are automatically transmitted to the Ministry of Health portal within 3–7 days.

Phase 5: Approval and Issuance

1. Track Application Status:
   • Check your portal dashboard (permissions.gov.ct.tr).
2. Final Payment:
   • Once approved, pay the final residency permit fee through the online system using a credit/debit card.
3. Download Permit:
   • Download and print your official Digital Temporary Residence Permit PDF. Keep a digital copy on your phone and a printed copy inside your passport.
