Bu karar, s\u00fcregelen ekonomik de\u011ferlendirmeleri, i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131 dinamiklerini ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in ge\u00e7imlik bir \u00fccretin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gereklili\u011fini yans\u0131tmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yeni Asgari \u00dccrete Genel Bak\u0131\u015f<\/h2>\n\n<p>1 Ocak 2024 tarihinden itibaren ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;ta yeni asgari \u00fccret ayl\u0131k <strong>net 24.000 T\u00fcrk Liras\u0131 (TL)<\/strong> olarak belirlendi. Br\u00fct tutar <strong>27.587 TL<\/strong> olup, saat \u00fccreti <strong>159,15 TL<\/strong>, g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00fccret <strong>1.273,24 TL<\/strong> ve haftal\u0131k \u00fccret <strong>6.366,23 TL<\/strong> olarak hesaplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu art\u0131\u015f, b\u00f6lgedeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n mali refah\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan \u00fccret yap\u0131s\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir d\u00fczenlemeye i\u015faret etmektedir.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Karar\u0131n Ba\u011flam\u0131<\/h3>\n\n<p>Bu \u00fccretin belirlenmesine, hem i\u015fveren hem de i\u015f\u00e7i temsilcilerinin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 Komisyon&#8217;un ikinci toplant\u0131s\u0131nda oybirli\u011fiyle karar verildi. <a href=\"https:\/\/mfa.gov.ct.tr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KKTC<\/a> \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal Koruma Bakan\u0131 Sad\u0131k Guardiyano\u011flu, bu sonuca ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131nda uzla\u015fman\u0131n \u00f6nemini vurgulayarak, her iki tarafa da i\u015fbirlik\u00e7i ruhlar\u0131 i\u00e7in te\u015fekk\u00fcr etti. Asgari \u00fccretin d\u00f6rt ayda bir belirlenmesi karar\u0131 da Bakanlar Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klanarak de\u011fi\u015fen ekonomik ko\u015fullar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00fccret ayarlamalar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik proaktif bir yakla\u015f\u0131m sergilendi.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ekonomik \u00c7\u0131kar\u0131mlar<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tarihsel Ba\u011flam<\/h3>\n\n<p>Yeni asgari \u00fccret, \u00f6nceki rakamlara g\u00f6re \u00f6nemli bir art\u0131\u015f\u0131 temsil etmektedir. Bu ayarlamadan \u00f6nce asgari \u00fccret <strong>15.750 TL<\/strong> olarak belirlenmi\u015f ve <strong>%50<\/strong> &#8216;den fazla bir <strong>art\u0131\u015f<\/strong> g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Bu ayarlama sadece \u00fccretleri artan hayat pahal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile uyumlu hale getirmeyi de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ekonomik dalgalanmalar aras\u0131nda makul bir ya\u015fam standard\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmelerini sa\u011flamay\u0131 da ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Di\u011fer B\u00f6lgelerle Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma<\/h3>\n\n<p>Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;taki yeni asgari \u00fccret K\u0131br\u0131s Cumhuriyeti&#8217;ne k\u0131yasla olduk\u00e7a ilgin\u00e7. Halihaz\u0131rda Cumhuriyet&#8217;te asgari \u00fccret ayl\u0131k 1,000 Avro&#8217;dur. Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;ta net asgari \u00fccret avroya \u00e7evrildi\u011finde 848 avro civar\u0131nda, yani Cumhuriyet&#8217;tekinden sadece 37 avro daha az. Bu durum Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;\u0131 nispeten rekabet\u00e7i k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r; \u00fccretler \u015fu anda Bulgaristan ve Romanya da dahil olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fclkesindeki \u00fccretleri a\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r.   <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payda\u015flardan Gelen Tepkiler<\/h2>\n\n<p>Bu karar, i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131ndaki farkl\u0131 payda\u015flardan \u00e7e\u015fitli tepkiler alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0130\u015fverenlerin Bak\u0131\u015f A\u00e7\u0131s\u0131<\/h3>\n\n<p>K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrk \u0130\u015fverenler Sendikas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131 temsil eden Cengiz Alp, \u00fccret art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na ili\u015fkin endi\u015felerini dile getirdi. Ekonomiyi etkileyen enflasyonist bask\u0131lardan i\u015fverenlerin sorumlu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Alp&#8217;in yorumlar\u0131, adil \u00fccret ihtiyac\u0131 ile zorlu bir ekonomik ortamda i\u015fletmelerin kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 operasyonel ger\u00e7ekler aras\u0131ndaki gerilimin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7iziyor.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n Perspektifi<\/h3>\n\n<p>Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, i\u015f\u00e7i sendikalar\u0131n\u0131n temsilcileri, artan hayat pahal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n giderilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli bir ad\u0131m olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri bu art\u0131\u015f\u0131 memnuniyetle kar\u015f\u0131lam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. H\u00fcr \u0130\u015f\u00e7i Sendikalar\u0131 Federasyonu (H\u00fcr-\u0130\u015f) Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ahmet Serdaro\u011flu, \u00fccretlerin ger\u00e7ek hayat pahal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izerek, art\u0131\u015f\u0131n olumlu bir ad\u0131m oldu\u011funu ancak \u00fccretlerin enflasyona ayak uydurmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in dikkatli olunmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirtti. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gelece\u011fe Y\u00f6nelik De\u011ferlendirmeler<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00fczenli Ayarlamalar<\/h3>\n\n<p>Asgari \u00fccretin her d\u00f6rt ayda bir g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmesi ve ayarlanmas\u0131 karar\u0131, i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc politikas\u0131nda duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011fa olan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011fa i\u015faret etmektedir. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sat\u0131n alma g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde etkileyebilecek ekonomik g\u00f6stergelere ve enflasyon oranlar\u0131na dayal\u0131 olarak zaman\u0131nda ayarlama yap\u0131lmas\u0131na olanak tan\u0131maktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ekonomik B\u00fcy\u00fcme ve Zorluklar<\/h3>\n\n<p>D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131&#8217;na g\u00f6re, KKTC ekonomisinin bu y\u0131l yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>%2,7<\/strong> oran\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Ancak b\u00f6lge, enflasyon ve hem \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 hem de i\u015fverenleri destekleyen s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ekonomi politikalar\u0131na duyulan ihtiya\u00e7 gibi s\u00fcregelen zorluklarla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yad\u0131r. Rekabet\u00e7i \u00fccretleri korumak ve i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fayabilirli\u011fini sa\u011flamak aras\u0131ndaki denge \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki aylarda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli olacakt\u0131r.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sonu\u00e7<\/h2>\n\n<p>Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;ta 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni asgari \u00fccretin belirlenmesi, b\u00f6lgenin i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir geli\u015fmeyi temsil etmektedir. Asgari \u00dccret Tespit Komisyonu, net asgari \u00fccreti <strong>24.000 TL<\/strong> olarak belirleyerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ekonomik ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m atm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
