Ada, Asurlular, Persler, M\u0131s\u0131rl\u0131lar ve B\u00fcy\u00fck \u0130skender dahil olmak \u00fczere \u00e7e\u015fitli imparatorluklar\u0131n kontrol\u00fcne ge\u00e7ti. M\u00d6 58&#8217;de K\u0131br\u0131s Roma \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu&#8217;nun bir par\u00e7as\u0131 oldu ve imparatorluk 395&#8217;te b\u00f6l\u00fcnd\u00fckten sonra Bizans kontrol\u00fcnde kald\u0131. \u00dcmeviler ve Abbas\u00ee Halifelikleri d\u00f6neminde, K\u0131br\u0131s s\u0131k s\u0131k \u0130slami ordular taraf\u0131ndan hedef alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ancak zamanla adaya M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar yerle\u015fmi\u015f olsa da, asla tamamen fethedilmemi\u015ftir.   <\/p>\n\n<p>1191&#8217;de K\u0131br\u0131s, \u0130ngiltere Kral\u0131 Richard Aslankalp taraf\u0131ndan ele ge\u00e7irildi; Richard daha sonra Tap\u0131nak \u015e\u00f6valyeleri&#8217;ne satt\u0131. Ada daha sonra Kud\u00fcs&#8217;\u00fcn eski kral\u0131 Guy de Lusignan&#8217;a sat\u0131ld\u0131 ve bu, 1489&#8217;a kadar s\u00fcren Lusignan d\u00f6neminin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131n\u0131 i\u015faret etti. Bu d\u00f6nemde \u00f6nemli ekonomik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel geli\u015fmeler ya\u015fand\u0131.  <\/p>\n\n<p>1489&#8217;da K\u0131br\u0131s Venedik y\u00f6netimine ge\u00e7ti ancak 1571&#8217;de Osmanl\u0131 Sultan\u0131 I. Selim taraf\u0131ndan fethedildi. \u00d6zellikle korsanl\u0131k nedeniyle K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;\u0131n stratejik \u00f6nemi, fethetlerini hayati k\u0131ld\u0131. Osmanl\u0131 y\u00f6netimi alt\u0131nda adada ya\u015fam geli\u015fti; Ortodoks kiliseleri yeniden a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131 ve \u00e7e\u015fitli altyap\u0131 projeleri ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131. Osmanl\u0131 y\u00f6netimi ayr\u0131ca Anadolu&#8217;dan gelen yerle\u015fimciler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla adadaki M\u00fcsl\u00fcman n\u00fcfusu da art\u0131rd\u0131.   <\/p>\n\n<p>1877-1878 Rus-T\u00fcrk Sava\u015f\u0131&#8217;ndan sonra Britanya, bu durumdan faydaland\u0131 ve potansiyel bir Rus tehdidine kar\u015f\u0131 destek vaat etmek kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;ta bir askeri \u00fcs kurmay\u0131 \u00f6nerdi. Osmanl\u0131lar zor ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda bu teklifi kabul etti ve K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;\u0131n idari kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc \u0130ngiltere&#8217;ye devrederken egemenlik haklar\u0131n\u0131 korudu. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u0130ngiliz y\u00f6netimi alt\u0131nda, Britanya&#8217;n\u0131n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.economist.com\/topics\/britain\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> anla\u015fmalara kar\u015f\u0131 hareketler yapmas\u0131 ve m\u00fclklere el koymas\u0131 nedeniyle bir\u00e7ok sorun ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131; M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara bask\u0131 uygularken Yunanl\u0131lar\u0131 da ayn\u0131 \u015feyi yapmaya te\u015fvik etti. I. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda, Britanya 1914&#8217;te K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;\u0131 ilhak etti ve bu ilhak T\u00fcrkiye taraf\u0131ndan 1923 Lozan Antla\u015fmas\u0131 ile tan\u0131nd\u0131.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n<p>Britanya 1925&#8217;te K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;a s\u00f6m\u00fcrge stat\u00fcs\u00fc verdi, ancak 1931&#8217;de Rum K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131lar Yunanistan ile birlik (Enosis) aray\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir isyan ba\u015flatt\u0131. 1950&#8217;de, Ba\u015fpiskopos Makarios liderli\u011findeki ve \u0130ngiltere veya T\u00fcrkiye taraf\u0131ndan tan\u0131nmayan bir plebisit, Yunanistan ve Rum K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131lar\u0131 Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler ile kendi kaderini tayin hakk\u0131 talep etmeye itti. T\u00fcrkiye benzer bir \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131da bulundu, ancak <g id=\"gid_0\">BM<\/g> , kendi kaderini tayin hakk\u0131n\u0131n her iki taraf i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erli olabilece\u011fini \u00f6ne s\u00fcrd\u00fc. Bu, K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrklere kar\u015f\u0131 \u015fiddet y\u00fcr\u00fcten EOKA ter\u00f6r grubunun kurulmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131. \u015eiddet sonucunda \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u00f6l\u00fcm, mal yok olu\u015fu ve K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n yerinden edilmesine yol a\u00e7t\u0131.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Artan \u015fiddete yan\u0131t olarak, T\u00fcrkiye 1974&#8217;te K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;taki bir darbe ve ard\u0131ndan BM&#8217;nin m\u00fcdahale \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131ndan sonra askeri m\u00fcdahale yapt\u0131. Ada fiilen b\u00f6l\u00fcnd\u00fc ve Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s 1983&#8217;te ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ilan etti. KKTC, T\u00fcrkiye d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda uluslararas\u0131 alanda tan\u0131nmamaktad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Siyasi Yap\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mfa.gov.ct.tr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KKTC<\/a>, yar\u0131 ba\u015fkanl\u0131k demokrasisi olarak faaliyet g\u00f6stermektedir. Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 devlet ba\u015fkan\u0131d\u0131r, Ba\u015fbakan ise h\u00fck\u00fcmeti y\u00f6netir. Y\u00fcr\u00fctme yetkileri h\u00fck\u00fcmet ile cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 aras\u0131nda payla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. \u00dclke idari olarak alt\u0131 b\u00f6lgeye ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r: Lefko\u015fa, Famagusta, Girne, Morphou, \u0130skele ve Lefke.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Yasama organ\u0131 olan Cumhuriyet Meclisi, her be\u015f y\u0131lda bir se\u00e7ilen 50 sandalyeden olu\u015fur. En son 23 Ocak 2022 genel se\u00e7imlerinde Ulusal Birlik Partisi (<g id=\"gid_0\">UBP<\/g>) oylar\u0131n %39,5&#8217;ini ve 24 sandalye kazan\u0131rken, Cumhuriyet\u00e7i T\u00fcrk Partisi (CTP) %32 ve 18 sandalye kazand\u0131. <\/p>\n\n<p>Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 se\u00e7imleri de her be\u015f y\u0131lda bir yap\u0131l\u0131r. KKTC&#8217;nin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u00f6nce K\u0131br\u0131s siyasetinde kilit fig\u00fcrlerden biri olan Rauf Denkta\u015f, 1983&#8217;ten 2005&#8217;e kadar cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131yd\u0131. Sonraki \u00fcyeleri aras\u0131nda Mehmet Ali Talat (2005-2010), Dervi\u015f Ero\u011flu (2010-2015) ve Mustafa Ak\u0131nc\u0131 (2015-2020) yer almaktad\u0131r. UBP&#8217;den Ersin Tatar, 2020 se\u00e7imlerinde oylar\u0131n %51,6&#8217;s\u0131n\u0131 alarak cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kazand\u0131.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Ekonomik Durum<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>KKTC&#8217;nin ekonomisi \u00f6zellikle turizm ve e\u011fitim olmak \u00fczere hizmet sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde dayanmaktad\u0131r. Tar\u0131m, sanayi ve in\u015faat sekt\u00f6rleri ekonomiye yakla\u015f\u0131k %10 katk\u0131 sa\u011flar. Ba\u015fl\u0131ca tar\u0131m \u00fcr\u00fcnleri aras\u0131nda \u00fcz\u00fcm, narenciye, patates, arpa ve zeytin bulunur. K\u00fcmes hayvanc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k da \u00f6nemlidir; tekstil ise birincil end\u00fcstridir.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkenin tan\u0131nmamas\u0131 nedeniyle ekonomik izolasyon ve ambargolar KKTC&#8217;yi \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde etkiliyor. Ancak T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;den gelen destek bu zorluklar\u0131n baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 hafifletmeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 oluyor. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda, KKTC&#8217;nin toplam ticaret hacmi 1,3 milyar dolar olup, 100 milyon dolar ihracat ve 1,2 milyar dolar ithalat ile a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak T\u00fcrkiye, AB, Do\u011fu Avrupa ve Orta Do\u011fu ile ilgiliydi.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrkiye ile ili\u015fkiler<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye, <a href=\"https:\/\/ozyarturgut.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s<\/a> tarihinde \u00f6nemli bir rol oynam\u0131\u015f, \u00f6nemli destek sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f ve KKTC&#8217;yi resmen tan\u0131yan tek \u00fclke olmu\u015ftur. T\u00fcrkiye ile KKTC aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiler, tarihsel, stratejik ve siyasi nedenlerle derinden i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. T\u00fcrkiye, KKTC&#8217;nin \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u00f6revlerinde \u00f6nemli bir m\u00fcttefik ve destek\u00e7isi olmu\u015ftur.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n Durumu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>KKTC&#8217;nin n\u00fcfusu a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak T\u00fcrk M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131ndan olu\u015fmakta ve dini uygulamalar\u0131 ile ya\u015fam tarzlar\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;dekiyle benzerdir. Ancak, K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;\u0131n bir turistik destinasyon olarak cazibesi, adan\u0131n genel karakteri ve uluslararas\u0131 alg\u0131lar\u0131yla ilgili potansiyel riskler yaratmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Sonu\u00e7<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>KKTC, 50 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n s\u00fcredir siyasi ve ekonomik izolasyon alt\u0131nda \u00f6z \u00f6zerk y\u00f6netimini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeyi ba\u015farm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zorluklara ra\u011fmen, <g id=\"gid_0\">Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;ta m\u00fclk<\/g> sat\u0131n almak, demokratik ve parlamenter y\u00f6netimi nedeniyle genellikle g\u00fcvenli kabul edilir. Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;ta m\u00fclk sat\u0131n almak, di\u011fer \u00fclkeler kadar g\u00fcvenlidir.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Daha fazla insan Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;ta ya\u015faman\u0131n ve emekli olman\u0131n g\u00fczelli\u011fini ve faydalar\u0131n\u0131 fark ettik\u00e7e, emlak sekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u00f6zellikle AB al\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir ivme g\u00f6rd\u00fc. Ancak bu artan ilgi, g\u00fcvenilmez in\u015faat\u00e7\u0131lar ve m\u00fclkleri tan\u0131tan lisanss\u0131z acenteler ve sosyal medya influencerlar\u0131n\u0131n da artmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131. Bu durum, al\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 potansiyel doland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131klar ve risklere maruz b\u0131rakabilir.
