Bu karar, Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;a uluslararas\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar g\u00f6z\u00fcnde haydut bir devlet gibi bir itibar kazand\u0131rd\u0131.
