Pandemi sonras\u0131 y\u0131llarda, yabanc\u0131 al\u0131c\u0131lar \u00e7ok say\u0131da ev ve daire sat\u0131n almaya ba\u015flad\u0131 ve bu da gayrimenkul sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n patlamas\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131. Ancak, yabanc\u0131 gayrimenkul al\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 kontrol etmeye y\u00f6nelik yeni yasalar\u0131n getirilmesiyle piyasa dramatik bir de\u011fi\u015fim ya\u015fad\u0131. 2025&#8217;e do\u011fru ilerlerken, bu de\u011fi\u015fiklikler piyasan\u0131n yava\u015flamas\u0131na neden oldu ve Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;taki emlak sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n gelece\u011fi konusunda belirsizlik belirsizli\u011fini ya\u015fatt\u0131. Arz talebe g\u00f6re s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 oldu\u011funda, gayrimenkul fiyatlar\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olarak artar.  <\/p>\n<h3>H\u00fck\u00fcmetin Rol\u00fc ve Arazi Eri\u015fimi<\/h3>\n<p>Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;\u0131n artan talebi kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131 i\u00e7in h\u00fck\u00fcmetin arazi arz\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde art\u0131rmas\u0131 gerekir. Olas\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerden biri yeni arazi yaratmakt\u0131r, ancak bu kolay de\u011fildir. Yeni arazi yaratmak \u00f6ncelikle denizin baz\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n doldurulmas\u0131 gibi iyile\u015ftirme projeleri yoluyla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir. Bir\u00e7ok yeni proje durduruldu ve Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;ta sat\u0131l\u0131k konut say\u0131s\u0131nda belirgin bir azalma ya\u015fand\u0131.
